Terms & Conditions

1. All items sold are brand new and in good condition.

2. Serious buyers only.

3. No back outs once orders are made. Please do ensure that you have confirmed the purchase(s) before placing the order(s).

4. Items sold are non-returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

5. Buyers will bear all the shipping costs.

6. We operate on a first-come first-served basis. (Edited 24/8)

7. Items can only be reserved for 2 days. Payment must be made within this period, otherwise we reserved the right to release them for sale again thereafter without prior notice (unless a prior negotiation is reached of course). (Edited 29/9)

8. Prices are non-negotiable dearies. We’ll do our best to give you the best value for your money :)

9. For restocking purposes, a full advanced deposit is required. However if we fail to restock the item(s), we will refund to you in full.

10. Colors of items may vary slightly due to lighting conditions.

11. We will not be held responsible for any lost/damage.

For Pos Express (1 item only), it is a flat RM 4.00 for both West and East Malaysia. For Poslaju, postage rates below 500grams: Clothes: Within KL - RM 5.00 Peninsular Malaysia- RM 7.00 Sabah/Sarawak- RM 8.00 We'd encourage you to opt for Poslaju as it's more reliable and efficient. However, do remember to state the preferred mode of postage in your order form aite? :) We also ship internationally.
